1. General Provisions

1.1. These online store usage rules (hereinafter – the Rules) set out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the e-shop (www.djbag.eu (hereinafter – the Seller), the procedure for purchasing, payment, delivery, return of goods, parties’ liability and other provisions when the Buyer .
1.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts. Amendments to the Rules shall take effect from the moment of their publication in the Store. If the Buyer continues to use the Store after the publication of the amended Rules, it means that the Buyer agrees to all amendments to the Rules.
1.3. The online store www.djbag.eu is sold only in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.

  1. Protection of Personal Data

2.1 In order to order goods in the online store or use other services of the Store, it is necessary to provide correct and complete all mandatory data. If the Buyer is a legal entity, he must indicate the legal entity code and the VAT payer code (if any).
2.2. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form, which has arisen or may arise for the Buyer or third parties due to the inaccuracy of the provided data.
2.3 The Buyer understands and agrees that any actions performed in the e-shop using the Buyer’s login data will be considered by the Seller as actions performed by the Buyer, therefore the Buyer undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the login data and not disclose it to third parties.
2.4 The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties except the Seller’s partners providing delivery of goods or other services related to the proper execution of the Buyer’s order. In all other cases, the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania applies.
2.5 The Buyer agrees that the Seller manages and processes his data provided during registration for the purposes provided for in these Rules.

  1. Conclusion of the contract (purchase-sale)
    3.1. A purchase and sale agreement is concluded for each order. The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer in the online store, forms a shopping cart, indicates the delivery address, chooses the payment method, and after reading these Rules, clicks the “Confirm order” button.
    3.2 The purchase and sale agreement is valid until the full fulfillment of obligations under this agreement.
  2. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
    4.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the e-shop www.djbag.eu not less than 18 years of age and in compliance with the requirements set forth in these Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
    4.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement concluded with the online store www.djbag.eu by notifying the Seller in writing no later than within 14 working days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer.
    4.3. The buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay the price of the goods and delivery.
    4.4. The buyer can order the goods around the clock all year round. Orders placed on business days after 1pm, on weekends or public holidays will be reviewed on the next business day. The goods can also be ordered by phone +370 658 88008 on working days from 8 am to 7 pm.
  3. Rights and Obligations of the Seller
    5.1. In the event of significant circumstances, the Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the e-shop without separate notice.
    5.2. If the Buyer tries to damage the stability and security of the online store or otherwise violates its obligations, the Seller may restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the online store without prior notice.
    5.3. The seller has the right to place links to other websites in the online store, but is not responsible for the information published or activities performed on them.
    5.4. The Seller has other rights provided for in the Rules and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
    5.5. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to use the services provided by the e-shop under the conditions set forth in these Rules and the online store.
    5.6. Unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, the Seller returns the money paid by the Buyer within 14 working days.
  4. Price of Goods and Their Payment Procedure
    6.1. In the online store and in the formed order, the prices of goods are indicated in litas and other currencies with VAT.
    6.2. Next to each specific Item is its description. If the information provided to the Buyer is insufficient, he must contact the Seller for additional information. By ordering the product, the Buyer confirms that the information about the product provided in the Store is complete and clear to him.
    6.3. The Seller has the right at any time, without informing the Buyer, to change the range of goods in the Store, their descriptions, prices, delivery conditions and other information in the Store.
    6.4. Delivery fee is not included in the price of the product.
    6.5. The seller determines the possible minimum size of the shopping cart.
    6.6. The buyer can pay for the goods in one of the following ways:

  5. Delivery of Goods
    7.1. The Seller delivers the goods throughout the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland and other European Union countries.
    7.2. Parcels to the Deaf Spit are subject to an additional delivery fee of 40.00 €. Without VAT
    7.3. Goods ordered in the www.djbag.eu online store are delivered by authorized courier services – Venipak Lietuva, LP Express and AB Lietuvos paštas parcel services.
    7.4. The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods at the time of ordering.
    7.5. The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In case he cannot accept the goods himself and the goods have been delivered to the specified address and on the basis of other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
    7.6. If your ordered product is in stock – we will deliver to your specified address throughout Lithuania within 2-3 working days after your payment. If the ordered goods are not in stock – we will deliver the goods within 14 working days after receipt of payment. In Latvia, Estonia, Poland and other European Union countries, the goods are delivered according to the deadlines set by the parcel service and the shipping costs are negotiated separately by e-mail info@djbag.eu.
    7.7. The goods are delivered by the Seller or its authorized parcel service Venipak.
    7.8. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment, the quantity, quality and range of the goods together with the representative of the Seller or his authorized parcel service. If the buyer or another person receiving the goods signs the consignment note without comments, it is considered that the consignment has been delivered intact and subsequent claims for damage to the packaging of the consignment will not be accepted.
    7.9. The Seller shall not be liable for the non-delivery or late delivery of the ordered goods to the Buyer if this was due to the fault of third parties or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control and reasonable foresight and could not prevent these circumstances or their consequences.
  6. Warranty
    8.1. All goods sold in the e-shop www.djbag.eu are guaranteed by the manufacturer.
    8.2. The validity period of the goods sold in the store is unlimited, unless otherwise stated next to the goods.
  7. Return of Goods
    9.1. The return of items takes place in accordance with the 2001. June 29 By the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 “On Approval of Rules for Return and Exchange of Items”
    9.2. We give you the opportunity to test and make sure of the quality of our traded instruments. If you are sometimes dissatisfied with the quality of our goods, we undertake to return the money paid to you for the goods.
    9.3. To avoid ambiguity and misunderstanding, we provide a brief set of rules for this proposal:

  9. A claim for inadequate quality of the instruments shall be accepted within 14 calendar days after the purchase of the goods.
  10. Refunds are made only by bank transfer to the specified buyer’s account.
  11. The bank transfer to the buyer’s account shall be made within 14 calendar days from the date of submission of the claim.
  12. The buyer can get a refund for a defective product only once. Repayment for the same purchased item will not be refunded.
  13. Money is not refunded for services provided by courier.

  15. The claim must specify:
    buyer’s name, purchase account number, name of the purchased instrument, telephone number, short and clear description of the claim, buyer’s bank account number to which the refund will be transferred.
  16. Claims are not accepted:
    odors of the use of means other than the intended use specified in the Technical Instructions, damaged surfaces by the use of unsuitable means, odors of specific means.
  17. Marketing Tools
    The seller can carry out various promotions at the discretion of the online store www.djbag.eu.
  18. Exchange of Information
    11.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer’s registration form.
    11.2. The Buyer shall send all notices and questions to the address specified in the “Contacts” section of the Seller’s e-shop.
  19. Final Provisions
    12.1 These Rules do not limit the rights of the Buyer (consumer) established in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, including the rights to acquire a product or service of inappropriate quality.
    12.2. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
